GDF-5 pipeline ball valve is a floating ball valve independently developed by Chengdu Zhicheng Technology. It can be independently installed on the pipeline to automatically control the on-off of transmission media such as natural gas and oil; it can also be equipped with a flow meter to realize flow measurement and on-off control of pipeline transmission media. The valve body of the product is made of aluminum alloy, which is resistant to pressure and can adapt to the complex outdoor environment. In addition, it also has the characteristics of durability, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good sealing, and short opening and closing time. Moreover, different from the traditional floating ball valve, the air outlet of this product adopts a pressure relief structure with independent intellectual property rights.
Features and advantages of gas pipeline ball valves:
1. The working pressure is high. Under the working environment of 0.4MPa, the valve can be opened and closed stably;

7. The motor and gearbox are fully sealed, and the protection level is ≥ IP65, which completely prevents the transmission medium from entering, and has good explosion-proof performance;
8. The valve body is made of aluminum, which can withstand 1.6MPa pressure, shock resistance, and vibration resistance, and adapt to complex environments;
9. The surface of the valve body is anodized, which is beautiful and clean and has good corrosion resistance.
