Being a kind of energy for the environment-friendly life, gas is used in an extensive scope of places such as homes and restaurants. While explosion would occur if the gas leak meets the flame, or by improper operation, and the consequences would be serious. While the promotion of national gas has accelerated and the penetration rate is improving, the number of accidents caused by gas is still high. In the first half year of 2021, there were 544 gas accidents occurred nationwide, separated into 31 provinces and 215cities, including 1 serious explosion with 71 casualties and 412 injuries, according to the Report for the Analysis of National Gas Accident published by the Safety Administration Committee of China City Gas Association. The hosepipe problem is mostly to blame for these accidents. The common issues are the fall-off, aging damage, bit by animals on the hosepipe, the continuous dry burning of the gas stove to cause a fire and explosion, and also the Leakage caused by private connection and modification of gas pipes.
To reduce the occurrence of gas accidents, and to protect people's lives and property; Chengdu Zhicheng Technology Co. LTD organized a professional R & D team to independently innovate a pipeline gas self-closing safety valve, with first-class technology and intelligent manufacturing mode. This kind of gas safety valve[ ]’s rated working pressure is 2Kpa, the over-pressure for self-closing is 8Kpa±2Kpa, the under-pressure for self-closing is 8Kpa±2Kpa, and the overflow self-closing flow ≦ 2 times of the rated flow. This self-closing kitchen valve’s performance meets the CJ/T447-2014 standards.
The launch of this self-closing safety valve is a good solution to the current issues such as the pressure is too high or too low in gas pipes as the front regulator has an abnormal condition, the pipeline damage by people or natural disaster, the fall off of
hosepipes, aging damage, animal bites, leakage caused by the connection loose, or stove abnormalities and other gas hazards, protecting the safety and health of indoor natural gas users!
