Product Description
GDF-4 pipeline stop valve is a valve with high reliability, long service life and micro-motor drive. The main design implementation standard is GB/T 20173-2013 "Oil and Natural Gas Industry Pipeline Transmission System Pipeline Valves", and the flange design standard is GB/T 9113-2010 "Integral Steel Pipe Flange".
Product Features
1. It is a slow-opening and fast-closing valve, and the closing time is ≤2s;
2. Wide range of working pressure, the maximum working pressure can reach 0.8MPa;

The valve body is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is light in weight and good in corrosion resistance, and can withstand a nominal pressure of 1.6MPa; the overall structure is resistant to impact, vibration, high and low temperature, salt spray, etc., and can adapt to various complex outdoor environments;
7. The motor and gearbox are designed as a fully sealed structure, the protection level is ≥ IP65, and the motor and gearbox have no contact with the transmission medium, and the explosion-proof performance is good. Greatly improved valve reliability and service life;
8. The executive mechanism is strong, and it can be blocked directly after the opening and closing are in place, and can also be brought to the position switch;
9. After the valve is opened and closed in place, the movement mechanism is automatically locked to ensure that the valve will not malfunction due to external force when it is in a stable state;
10. The micro-motor is finely processed, the commutator is gold-plated, and the brushes are made of precious metals, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and stability of the micro-motor itself, ensuring the long-term reliable operation of the motor valve;
11. The air intake direction can be adjusted.
